1947 Chevy - After Modifications
Here is a photoshop rendering of the modifications that I have in mind. The color of the car was left as a light color in order for the modifications to be easy to see. The actual color that I am currently thinking of painting the car is a gloss black. 1947 Chevy - Why?
Why did I choose a 1947 Chevy Coupe as a project?. There are many reasons. As can been seen in the picture above, my family owned a 1947 Chevy. In the picture is my mother and her sister. This picture was taken in 1953. My parents divorced when I was very young and my grandfather was my major male role model during my youth. I never saw the car but knew a lot about it from listening to my grandfather. We had many talks about the 1947 Chevy. He always had a far away look in his eyes when he talked about the car. I could tell that he was reliving memories and that they were good ones.Read more...
